I didn't get the quilt top completed like I hoped but am pleased with the results. What do you think?
I give you my video about my experience.

We probably wouldn't have had to stay up until 4AM if we hadn't talked so much or taken long breaks; but I think it was all important because it builds character and shows great quilting perserverance to spend the wee hours of the morning at the sewing machine and bonding with a wonderfully heavy iron. :-)
By the way, waste no more time on denying your new addiction. Embrace it and just move on the next quilt shop! :-)
It's so beautiful! What fun to have a new hobby! I have often thought about trying quilting but I don't have a sewing machine and honestly, living downtown in a hi-rise condo and being one who does not like clutter, I don't really have room. If I could find a small one that can be put in my closet and take up very little space I might consider it someday. It was fun to watch your updates. I think it's gorgeous!
I've been entering a daily co test to win a Longarm quilting sewing machine from APQS. They're giving away a monthly gift basket and in December will give away the $10,900 machine.
